Losing anything, especially your health, will require an investment of your time and money to recover it. Rest assured that our fees are competitive with other chiropractic practices in the Park Ridge area.
Office Visits: $90.00
Examination Visits: Do not include the cost of any treatments from the doctor, clinical blood tests, urinary tests or x-rays. The required time for an “Examination Visit” is 1 hour.
Report of Findings Visits: Do not include the cost of any treatments from the doctor. The required time for a “Report of Findings Visit” is 1/2 hour.
Treatment Visits: Do not include the cost of any prescribed nutrients. The required time for a “Treatment Visit” is 20 minutes and the quantity of “Treatment Visits” depend on the unique circumstance of each patients.
Combined Visits: When and if the doctor chooses to combine a “Treatment Visit” with an “Examination Visit” and or a “Report of Findings Visit” due to an emergency situation such as the patient experiencing pain, the cost of each “type of visit” remains in full.
Cancellation of Visits: All cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are automatically charged to your credit card.
